Are your used grand pianos included in your 100% trade-up policy?
Acoustic used grand pianos purchased at Greene Music (unless otherwise noted) come with our 10-year 100% trade-up policy. This gives owners the opportunity to save for the piano of their dreams. Within 10 years of the purchase date, you may apply 100% of the original purchase price towards the purchase of another piano at our store. The next piano must be 2x the original purchase price to receive 100% credit.
