How Does Our In-Home Piano Rental Service Work?
Monthly piano rentals are a terrific option for students beginning lessons or those who may need more time to decide and save for the piano of their dreams. We have a 6-month minimum for our in-home piano rentals.
Once you’re ready to return the piano, you have the following options:
- Purchase another piano from our store: Up to 6 months of the monthly rental fee will be applied towards your purchase;
- Return the piano to our store: Notify us at least 30 days before canceling the rental. We will schedule a day to come pick up the piano;
There is no return delivery fee from your home to our store.

How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Piano with Greene Music in San Diego?
In-home rentals start as low as $39 / month*.
We require the first and last month’s rent, along with a delivery fee upfront. You will then be charged monthly for the duration of your piano rental. Can I eventually become the owner of a rented piano?
Our piano rentals are not available for sale. However, if you are interested in buying a piano, up to 6 months of your monthly rental fee can be applied toward the purchase of another piano from our store.
Can I choose any piano for rent I want, or do you have a set list of models?
