What pianos do you accept for consignment?
We consider brand name pianos in good condition. Examples of brands we consider, but are not limited to include:
- Baldwin
- Bösendorfer

- Young Chang
Pianos we do not accept:
- Portable keyboards
- Pianos over 70 years old that are not refurbished
- Vintage player pianos with rolls
- Pianos for disposal
- Organs
I don’t want to sell my piano, but need an appraisal. Do you provide this service?
No, we do not do appraisals for insurance or other purposes outside of our consignment program.
How soon will you get in touch regarding my piano?
Our appraiser will contact you once your information has been reviewed. When filling out the form, provide as much information as possible along with the photos requested to expedite the process. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, please allow up to 1 week for us to respond.
I’m looking to upgrade my piano, do you accept trade-ins?
Yes, we do! When you trade-in your used piano, there’s no need to wait for it to sell before your receive the credit. We will assess your piano to determine a value, then apply the credit towards your new purchase. If your piano was previously purchased through us and was eligible for the 100% trade-up program, we will apply 100% of your original investment towards your new purchase. In-store purchases only.
Do I have to pay for the transport of my piano?
The cost of the move will be deducted from the agreed upon price paid to you when your piano has been sold. If your piano has not been sold and you decide to have it brought back to you, a delivery fee will be applied.
