Host your piano recital at Greene Music
The Kristin Greene Recital Hall is located in our San Diego store at 7480 Miramar Road with ample parking in front for your guests. We have seating for up to 110 guests and are able to accommodate piano recitals for large and small groups. The recital hall is equipped with dimmable lighting and an elevated stage so that your audience can enjoy the performance from any seat.
The piano hall rental includes your choice of up to two Yamaha concert grands on stage. Choose from the 9’ Yamaha CFX or the 7’6” Yamaha S7X which will be tuned by one of our technicians prior to your event. Standard or duet adjustable artist benches are also available for your use.
If you’d like to host a reception following your event, we can provide folding tables which can be set-up outside in front of our store.

How much does it cost to rent your San Diego piano recital hall?
What hours is your recital hall available for use?
Our recital hall is available:
- Mon-Thurs: 10am – 6pm
- Friday: 10am – 8pm
- Saturday: 10am – 6pm
- Sunday: 11am – 5pm
Extended hours may be available upon request.
Can we request a piano tuning before the event?
Prior to your event, the piano(s) you’ve requested on stage will be tuned by one of our technicians.
How long before the event should we book?
Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance. We highly recommend booking our hall 1 year in advance during the spring and winter seasons due to high demand.
Are food and drink allowed in the recital hall?
We do not allow food or drink in the recital hall or in our showroom. If you’d like to host a reception following your event, we are happy to provide tables for your use which can be set-up outside in front of our store.
